Picture in Pixel is a lively, virtual challenge that inspires participants to showcase their creativity and individuality using everyday props from home. Guided by prompts and themes, each person expresses their passions in unique ways while practicing active listening and receptive communication as part of a remote team. The grand finale? All the creative snapshots are stitched together into a fun, collaborative video that celebrates every participant’s uniqueness.
Kickoff & Guidelines (10–15 min): Participants are briefed on the activity theme and rules.
Creative Challenge (30–45 min): Using props at home, each participant creates fun, imaginative visuals that reflect their personality or the given theme.
Team Sharing (20–30 min): Participants showcase and explain their creations, building deeper understanding within the group.
Final Video Reveal (10–15 min): All submissions are compiled into a fun, shareable video montage celebrating the team’s creativity.

The event was conducted exceptionally well. We had two hours of fun, engaging in multiple activities organized by the TeamEx team. By the end, we were delightfully exhausted and enjoyed every moment. A special shoutout to their balloon activities and the creative props used for the dress-up games!
Squid Games was thrilling and so much fun! The challenges pushed us to think quickly and collaborate, and it was nostalgic and relatable to the original Netflix series. It was an excellent way to bond and push our limits as a team!

The Cascade Loop brought out our team’s creativity. It was a tricky domino challenge with multiple props, but seeing everyone come together and solve the problem felt amazing. Definitely an activity that strengthens collaboration.
The emcee-style activities were fantastic! They were engaging, and energetic, and kept everyone on their toes. The best part was how smoothly everything flowed with just one person leading all the activities, making it easy for the team to stay connected and have fun. Build a Wheelchair activity was the activity where we were provided with props to construct wheelchairs for a CSR initiative.
