The CEO Rescue Challenge is a high-stakes, escape room–inspired experience that puts your team’s problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to the ultimate test. Racing against time, teams must solve cryptic puzzles, decode hidden messages, and complete physical and mental challenges to uncover the CEO’s location. The only way to win? Work together seamlessly, outsmart your rivals, and rescue your leader before it’s too late.
Introduction & Briefing (10–15 min): Teams are welcomed, introduced to the kidnapping scenario, and briefed on objectives, rules, and time limits.
Code Breaker Challenge: Teams crack a coded message using ciphers to reveal the first clue.
Puzzle Solver: Complete a jigsaw, riddle, or logic puzzle to unlock the next step.
Physical Retrieval Task: Teams navigate an obstacle course or perform physical tasks (e.g., push-ups, balance challenges) to retrieve hidden clues.
Communication Breakdown: One blindfolded teammate is guided by others using limited, pre-approved words, testing clarity and trust.
Final Showdown – Hostage Negotiation: A “negotiator” engages in timed role-play while teammates complete concurrent tasks under pressure. Failure to finish on time risks losing the CEO!
Rescue & Wrap-Up: Teams solve the final clue to locate and “rescue” the CEO, followed by a celebratory debrief on teamwork and strategy.
