Inspired by the popular TV show, Shark Tank challenges teams to think like entrepreneurs. Participants collaborate to brainstorm ideas, develop creative business pitches, and present them to a panel of “investors.” With limited time and resources, teams must combine innovation, strategy, and persuasion to win over the sharks. It’s a high-energy activity that sparks creativity, communication, and teamwork while delivering plenty of fun.
Kickoff & Team Formation (10–15 min): Introduction, briefing, and group assignments.
Idea Generation (30–45 min): Teams brainstorm unique product or service ideas.
Business Pitch Development (45–60 min): Teams prepare their pitch covering concept, strategy, and why it deserves investment.
Pitch Presentations (30–45 min): Each team presents to the “Sharks” (judges/facilitators) who question, challenge, and decide where to “invest.”
Wrap-up & Awards (15–20 min): Winners are crowned, with recognition for creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills.
