In this immersive challenge, teams must pitch a tent while key members are blindfolded. With no visual cues, success depends entirely on clear communication, active listening, and absolute trust. Adding unexpected twists and obstacles along the way, this activity pushes teams to problem-solve under pressure, building confidence, collaboration, and unity.
Introduction & Team Setup (5–10 min): Safety briefing, rules explained, and blindfolds assigned.
Tent Pitching (45–60 min): Blindfolded members work to construct the tent, guided only by teammates’ verbal instructions.
Surprise Challenges: Obstacles and variations keep teams adapting their approach in real time.
Debrief & Reflection (10–15 min): Teams reflect on communication styles, trust, and lessons learned.
